Besides

participating in No-Shave November, I am going to screw the new year and make a November Resolution. The resolution is (drum roll please) wake up early enough before work each day to watch Jump Start on VH1. Whenever I get up early enough to watch it, I always get a lot accomplished. This morning I turned the tv up, cleaned the living room, made the bed, did the dishes, and now I am looking for Crystal's sweater. I also balanced my checking account*.


*balancing my check book to me is making sure that my bills are paid and the line of credit hasn't advanced.

My Sick Day.

*Max let me sleep in until 8:15
*Took my meds
*Popped a cough drop
*Ran the dishwasher
*Called All-Tex Security to change the time on the alarm keypads
*Watching Something the Lord Made (Mos Def is the man)
*Have my spit cup (yes a spit cup...I was sick of going to the bathroom every 5 minutes)
*My throat swelling is going down but it is still white and f'n gross looking.
*Going to camp out on the couch for the rest of the day.


FYI: I would rather be at work than sick.

While reading my prescription drug information I learned that it is also used for persons with HIV. Crazy shit.

Our puppy has a small bladder. Last night around 2:00 a.m. he needed to go outside and I took my sweet time getting to the back door. After I let him out I look down and instead of one wet spot there was a very thin line of pee from the living room to the back door.
